Payment
All bookings made via the Old Rectory Hotel must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. Full payment to the total value of the booking will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. All additional costs ( e.g dinners, drinks etc) incurred during your stay must be made to the hotel when you checkout.
Cancellations
You can cancel your bedroom booking up to 48 hours before arrival in which case a full refund will be made for your credit or debit card. Cancellation must be received in writing if a refund is required.
Checking in
You will be able to check in to your room after 3pm- Monday to Friday and after 5pm- Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to arrange an earlier check in time please contact the hotel directly on 01527 523000.
Checking out
Check out time is normally 11am on day of departure.
Special Needs
If you have any special dietary requirements, medical problems or disabilities which may affect your stay please call the hotel directly and we will be happy to make provisions if at all possible.
