Throughout the year the Old Rectory Hotel has a number of very special offers. Here are a few of the offers currently available, most of these are fairly limited so please call as soon as possible.

MIDWEEK SPECIALS
Midweek Specials are available throughout the year from Monday to Thursday for 3 night bookings for 2 guests in a room. Book for 2 nights Bed & Breakfast & get the third FREE!! Dinner must be taken on the first night of your stay to qualify for this offer.

WEEKEND BREAKS
The Weekend is the time to relax and unwind, so why not book a few days at the Old Rectory and spend some time visiting the local attractions! Weekend breaks are available Friday to Sunday for 2 guests in a room, book 2 nights and receive a complimentary dinner for two on your first night.

ROMANTIC BREAKS
Treat that special someone to a romantic getaway in this gorgeous country house. Dinner Bed & Breakfast for two in one of our Bridal Suites with champagne , chocolates and flowers! Why not spoil the one you love? Call Pamela for further details or to make your reservation.

What would be better than to get the family or friends together for an exclusive weekend at the Old Rectory Hotel? Book the Hotel with all ten bedrooms for a get together, make yourselves at home with bespoke service and complete privacy. Make the Old Rectory exclusively yours for the weekend, plan the days to suit yourselves, relax & enjoy!

LOYALTY DISCOUNTS
Our regular customers will receive a loyalty discount on bedrooms, meeting rooms and in the restaurant. If you feel you may qualify for a loyalty discount or if you plan to use the Old Rectory Hotel on a regular basis please call Pamela on 01527 523000 to discuss your discount.

Booking Terms

Payment
All bookings made via the Old Rectory Hotel must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. Full payment to the total value of the booking will automatically be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. All additional costs ( e.g dinners, drinks etc) incurred during your stay must be made to the hotel when you checkout. 

Cancellations
You can cancel your bedroom booking up to 48 hours before arrival in which case a full refund will be made for your credit or debit card. Cancellation must be received in writing if a refund is required.

Checking in
You will be able to check in to your room after 3pm- Monday to Friday and after 5pm- Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to arrange an earlier check in time please contact the hotel directly on 01527 523000.

Checking out
Check out time is normally 11am on day of departure.

Special Needs
If you have any special dietary requirements, medical problems or disabilities which may affect your stay please call the hotel directly and we will be happy to make provisions if at all possible.
